Our client is a reputed Investment Banking firm based in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that includes talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and performance management system.
- Manage strategic Learning & Development programs that includes Assessment Centers, Competency Mapping, Leadership & MDPs.
- Assist board and management on all strategic HR programs.
- Routinely diagnose organizational requirements and redesign HR interventions.
- Lead and manage change management initiatives.
- Formulate HR policies as per the industry best practices.
- Design appropriate HR Systems.
Preferred Candidate:
- Should have 18+ years of experience in Investment Bank / BFSI sector.
- Should have completed full time MBA (HR) from Premier B-schools.
