- The HR Leader/Shared service manager for India will be responsible for the implementation of HR

- Shared Services in the region, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. The successful candidate will develop and implement HR strategies and plans for the region in line with Group and Business HR strategies. They will oversee the operational aspects of HR processes, monitor HR KPIs, and propose improvement plans.

- The role will involve managing a team of HR professionals, coordinating with stakeholders across the region and Group/Business levels, and providing expert advice to local senior management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Contribute to the definition and implementation of Group and Business HR strategy and plans for the region, in compliance with local regulations and company policies.

- Develop and implement local HR strategies and plans in line with Group and Business HR strategies, driven by the needs of the business and local regulations.

- Keep updated on local HR requirements, rules and regulations, and HR market trends and evolutions.

- Implement Group policies and run the operational aspects of HR processes.

- Monitor HR KPIs in the region, propose improvement plans, and ensure their execution.

- Provide support and data to Global HRBP to perform workforce planning reviews.

- Coordinate staffing inside the region and with other stakeholders at area/country and Group/Business levels.

- Execute or ensure the recruitment and selection of local staff, prepare salary offers, and sign local work contracts.

- Prepare the arrival of newcomers and perform/monitor the onboarding process at local level.

- Promote L&D within the region, consolidate L&D needs and plans, and coordinate the search for L&D solutions which are country or site-specific.

- Ensure the organization, monitoring, administration, and reporting of training activities, including those required by external regulations (GPEC, ISO, social report, ESG audits).

- Coordinate mobility and careers within the region and beyond and prepare or manage Career Committees at local level, in coordination with HRBPs.

- Run the Remuneration Review process in the region for the population not covered by the Global

- HRBP's, escalate issues, or demands, and identify and propose benefits aimed at improving the total remuneration package at local level (Flexipay, company cars.).

- Ensure appropriate delivery of payroll and administration, across HR local entities or via a Shared Services organization.

- Make some data recording in own domain/perimeter and control data quality, promote harmonized and accurate data management, and simplification/automation of payroll production.

- Define or share company position and provide guidance to Local HR with regards to Works Councils topics and ensure a constructive dialogue and positive social climate.

- Provide expert advice and guidance to the local senior management and develop and coach local managers in people management.

- Take personal care and inform Global HRBP of problematic, sensitive, or important individual situations (disciplinary measures, exit meetings.).

- Provide advice in case of individual or collective dismissal(s), represent the company to the Court in case of litigation with a (former) employee, ensure the execution of contract terminations according to rules and regulations, and ensure the offboarding of employees.

- Perform exit interviews and monitor retention in the region.

- Prepare communications in own domain and area together with the Com' expert.

- Animate and manage own staff and roll out the people management processes within own team, propose and follow-up HR budgets.
