Reporting to : India Business Head Span : 5 - 10 Organisation : Fast Growing Business Continuity Services and Data Intelligence Organisation Role Objective : - Create and implement the HR strategy effectively across departments to support the organization growth strategy - Establish HR policies, processes, and initiatives and ensure effective communication to build awareness Accountabilities : - Ensure timely and efficient manpower planning and implementation in coordination with all Functions - Lead Talent Acquisition to ensure requirements across the organization are fulfilled in a cost efficient &amp; timely manner as required - Build a high performance culture by establishing HR systems and processes for talent, performance, recognition, and rewards (salary and incentives) uniformly across the organization - Drive leadership development across levels in the organization and help build a succession pipeline for critical roles - Create a culture of performance and learning across levels in the organization - Implement the compensation philosophy and practice of the company based on its future objectives and past performance - Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience Qualifications &amp; Experience : - Minimum 12 years of experience in Human Resources Function - Should have worked with the leadership teams and have managed an employee base of a minimum 500 employees preferably in ITeS or Technology Product set up - Should have experience of driving HR results in a high-growth company environment - Should have experience of project managing short term and long term HR plans - Experience of managing merger and acquisition will be of added advantage
