Role and Responsibilities :

- Talent acquisition strategy for Organization growth journey.

- Talent management plan for Branch employees with career maps & talent development framework.

- Partnering with Business to understand manpower requirements and facilitating the same through various channels.

- SPOC for all employees/ ex-employees issues, clarification, concerns and grievances.

- Handling query related to compensation disbursement of Salary and Advances, full & final settlements, Statutory dues, PF, gratuity etc.
