Critical Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions.
- Develop and lead the HR team ensuring that human resource goals are aligned with the business goals and global HR policies, initiatives and programmes within the set HR budgets.
- Focus on people training and development through physical and technology driven tools, techniques and programmes.
- Lead the implementation & change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system, putting the Talent Management framework in place, Leading the Change Management and OD initiatives
- Manage diverse teams with focus on strategic alignment of culture (eg: rural retail finance team, fintech team, etc)
- Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Review the policies, processes, rewards and recognition schemes to benchmark and implement the best practices.
- Drive and lead the agenda on employee engagement.

- Supervising high scale field recruitments
- Strategy and implementation for training, retention, and productivity enhancements (with necessary coordination)
- Managing operational expenses (HR and Admin) in coordination with concerned HODs
- Proven track for technology led operational efficiencies
- Managing diverse cultures for traditional and digital business teams
- Effective at handling crises, adept at communication and setting right culture for rapidly growing companies
- Adept at setting processes or making changes, excellent documentation skills and HR related compliance
