Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: -
- Design, Create and Drive Performance Management Systems (PMS) with measurable data to ensure to ensure the best practice
- Develop Talent Management Strategies like 9/16 Box, etc. to understand complex changes needed with the talents across their plants and corporate
- Driving Talent Engagement Strategies and be able to understand the pulse of the organization
- People Development L&D - Upskill both White Collar and Blue-Collar Talents and revisit the improvements in productivity using tools like Kirk Patrick Model, etc.
- Ability to mentor and the HR Team and create succession planning.
- Strong Business HR Ownership linked to the P&L of the organization and strong business HR focus.
- Proactive decision maker for successfully achieving organizational objectives.
- Strong team builder with strong mentoring skills is essential for this role.
- Extremely flexible mindset with a defined level of assertiveness.Desired Candidate Profile
- Must be a FULL TIME MBA (HR) or MSW from a Premier institute with a good academic record.
Max with about 20 -25 +Yrs
with about 18+ Years experience in the Tier- 1 Industry.
Maximum Age cannot exceed 45 47 yrs approx.
Strong hands on experience in working in a CORPORATE HR ROLE is mandatory.
