Desired Candidate Profile:

A solid professional, with 15-20 years of human resources experience, preferably in Consulting / IT/ITES/Global Services organization, with a concentration in scaling up organizations with your exceptional leadership.

Masters degree in HR Management related disciplines such as Organization Development and People Management, Business Administration or Public Administration from a reputed institute.

You should have extensive knowledge and experience in organizational communication, employee relations, employment law, compensation and rewards, retention, HRIS and Systems, HR compliance, talent acquisition and development, people operations and metrics and corporate culture. You have a solid track record of scaling up companies through rapid growth.

- Well balanced. You have a natural ability to bridge creative ideas with the practical solutions all while balancing what's best for the employee with what's best for the overall organization.

- A charismatic leader. You can align teams and individuals in multiple locations. People want to work with you. Our People Strategy and leadership team will be partnering with you to execute on a daily basis, and need your guidance, perspective, and wisdom.

- Multi-dimensional skill set. You have a solid and natural ability with leadership, project management, and a collaborative mindset. You also have a strong point of view and can communicate in a collaborative manner. You are an effective problem solver who partners that with a great attitude.

- A brand ambassador. You are so good at what you do, people recognize it outside of the firm, as well as inside! You are comfortable and confident representing Continuum, speaking at events, etc.
