The candidate would be responsible for the below mentioned
1) HR Strategies & Policies
2) Organization Development & Change Management Development
3) Talent Acquisition
4) Talent Management and Learning & Development
5) Compensation and Benefits
6) Performance Management
Should have worked in strategic HR areas, including Performance Management, Talent Management, Leadership Development, M&A integration and Rewards Design
MUST be from a MBA Tier1 B-School.
