Vice President - Human Resource - Hospitality Firm (18-20 yrs)
- 3600 management of PMS, Organization culture & Development, compliance & IR, Talent Acquisition, Balance score card, Psychometric testing etc
- Work closely with management to develop strategic plan to achieve the desired top & bottom line and business goals
- Responsible for developing & monitoring the HR plan & budget, closely with HODs
- Effective & smooth working of blue collared & out-sourced worker
- IR & compliances, all labour laws, social accountability audits etc
