Vice President - Human Resource - Education/BFS/FMCD (8-12 yrs)

We are looking for VP Human Resources, you will be responsible for managing the human capital of an organization. Reporting to the CEO, the VP HR acts as the architect for the company's talent strategy and corporate-culture initiatives.

As part of this role, the VP HR will be expected to provide creative and insightful solutions to critical HR issues and advise other members of the executive team accordingly.

KRA:

- Build the HR function of the organisation and think strategically about recruitment and retention. Building talent and capability across the business.

- Work closely with all functions & business units to address day-to-day HR operational issues such as employee relations, compensation reviews, performance management and training, executive coaching.

- Implement and manage compliance efforts with all the employment laws and regulations that govern the private companies relating to all aspects of the employee life cycle

- Act as an employee champion and change agent by anticipating HR-related needs and delivering value added services for the benefit of the employees.

- Maintain an effective level of business literacy including company goals, mission, financial position, strategy, competition, technology and culture.

- Ensuring that the organisation's values are reflected in people-oriented decisions.

- Driving the change management of the organisation.

- Creating and maintaining comprehensive talent retention plans for the organisation.

- Designing appropriate employee recognition and incentive programmes.

- Designing and managing an organisation's health and well-being programmes.

- Create and enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, Build employer branding, attracting great talent and controlling attrition

- Conceptualizing & driving employee engagement, building a great culture and make this startup a Great Place to Work.
