Role: VP HR
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of human resources leadership for the business across India.
- Work with the business leaders to establish an HR delivery model that will support the growth & development of the business.
- Partner closely with business leaders to provide strategic guidance and advice on all people matters
- Build a strong inclusive culture.
- Comfortable working in an unstructured environment- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure all human resource processes including recruitment, C&B, PMS, talent management, L&D, are performed in a consistent, accurate, compliant and timely manner.
- Contribute as a business leader, understand cost effectiveness, and be accountable for the measurement of all HR programs and processes.
- Ensure that the highest standards of compliance and ethics are embedded into the organization
Skills & Experience:
- MBA
- 6 - 10 years- experience in HR
- Sector agnostic
- Digitally aligned
- Strong interpersonal skills - Customer focused and approachable
- Strong ability to create and implement from scratch
- Maturity to deal with a set of senior, high performing stakeholders
- Comfortable working in an unstructured environment
