Vice President - Human Resource - Bank

Our Client is one of the growing MNC bank in the region and is looking for HR VP to work closely with the Local and Global stakeholders to help ensure their human capital resources are sufficient to support the business plans.

Role Reports into the Head of HR .

Responsibilities will include :

- Provide senior leadership HR support to the IT business heads driving business performance through the execution of the people strategy.

- Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.

- Work with global business / Stakeholders to develop and implement commercial solutions that meet the people schema.

- Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.

- Being able to operate independently, develop and execute new ideas and strategies

To qualify for this position will require:

- At least 12 years broad generalist HR experience within a global organization with exposure to IT world

- Experience of working with senior business managers / Stake holders

- Experience in facilitating the development of an organization.

- Excellent communication skills and a track record of success in a similar role
