Vice President - HRSS/HR Operations - BFSI/IT (18-25 yrs)

- Provide leadership, strategic direction, project planning & execution and overall management to HRSS team. Motivate and lead the team, creating a common vision for the delivery of the HR service.

- Responsible for all areas of Human Resource Operations for India including Retirement benefits (PF, Gratuity), Onboarding, Background Verifications, Employee life cycle activities, Exit Process, HR Systems.

- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.

- To create, mentor and lead an effective team ensuring operational efficiencies

- Ensure effective, consistent coordination and implementation of HR business processes, functions and procedures and monitors HR projects and workflow.

- Manage the day to day performance and services delivery of the HR Support Services team ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of key processes and procedures, monitor performance against agreed SLAs.

- Actively seek to maximize the benefits of the system; continuously review resources to lower transaction cost, reduce cycle times, improve performance, and increase responsiveness and service levels to the internal customer.

- Implement cost effective strategies to enhance HR operations

- Effectively manages multiple vendors to develop, administer and/or evaluate programs and ensure appropriate service levels.

- Continually looks for opportunities to create efficiencies and innovative ways of delivering programs.

- Strong knowledge on the retirement benefit operations. Hands-on exposure in managing process for PF enrollment, withdrawal, transfer and claims. Should have knowledge on the EPF forms.

- The role will be responsible for managing a workforce of 1,20,000.

- Position will have a Control span of 200+ employees.
