Vice President - HRSS - Financial Services (12-16 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities:
- A leadership role collaborates closely with various parties (e.g., HR Operations Leads, HR Business Partners, and business leaders) to understand business needs and strategic priorities in order to ensure HR service delivery capabilities are effectively and efficiently leveraged within the business
- Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business.
- Manage and provide efficient employee services across the life cycle of employees across geographies
- Manage the end to end on-boarding and employee background screening process for the entire organization
- Ensure adherence to global standards and track the performance of the on-boarding and background screening activity
- Provide a comprehensive framework and drive all compliance activities including adherence to Global Standards, Policies and regulatory
- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Operational Risk Framework and internal Policies and Standards
Candidate Profile:
- 12-16 years of experience in HR operational support
- Experience in managing a range of HR services to a large, disperse and global employee population
- Should have managed multiple geographies and teams as needs to have an ability to interact and manage global leadership/stakeholders
- Experience in HR system data management
- Exposure to Automation or Digitization
- Expertise in Workday
- Expertise in payroll and C&B
