Vice President - HRO & Payroll Operations - APAC Region - BPO (12-20 yrs)

Delhi/NCR/Gurgaon Job Code: 517916

- Lead and grow a high performing team of HR Operations and Payroll teams that provide HR Ops and Payroll support across 15 countries and 30+ entities in the APAC region

- Handling a multicultural team based in multiple countries

- Work in a highly Complex Statutory and Compliance environment that is evolving at a fast rate

- Engage with Business Leaders and stakeholders in the larger People Services and HR Community to deploy world-class processes

- Deliver high quality focus on establishing Technology based Tools that seamlessly blend Operations and Payroll activities

- Leverage a Metrics and Continuous Improvement based approach to ensure quality and timeliness goals are achieved across all services.

- Lead initiatives in APAC to help support better scale for Expedia HR. You will ensure effective documentation, training and readiness plans are in place and executed with high quality.

- Ensure effective controls are in place to mitigate risk and adhere to corporate Audit & Compliance requirements.

Required Skills/Capabilities

- 12+ years of total experience required

- 5+ years of progressive management experience in a multi-country or APAC operations function. 3+ years of experience directly leading support teams in a multi-cultural environment

- Direct experience in handling HR Operations and Payroll and in improving processes and customer support quality

- Demonstrated ability to network and influence organizational boundaries

- Proven record of accomplishment in service delivery improvement

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

- Strong communication skills
