- Develop talent strategies from the perspective of compensation, benefits, talent attraction, employee engagement etc.
- Provide leadership to Talent Acquisition function to meet the hiring targets by recruiting exceptional talent within agreed timelines
- Drive the HR Information management initiatives and continually improve it.
- Drive the organization development and transformation initiatives.
- Report to BU Leaders / Senior Management / BoD by analysing data, using HR metrics and driving insights.
- Improve, create and roll out Global compensation benchmarking and administration plan.
- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, progression and career mobility.
- Supervise the work of the Global People and Culture Team, create the individual development plan and provide required mentoring.
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with different stakeholders.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal compliances.
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
.
- Work on Corporate branding initiatives at global level
- Drive Training and Development initiatives
What You Bring to the Team:
To be successful in this role, we believe that you need to possess the following attributes :
- 3 Years in the HR / People Leadership Role, Minimum Experience of 15 Years
- Bachelors or Masters in Business Management discipline
- You have strong experience in a leadership role within talent acquisition
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong understanding of Data and Analytics
- Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
