- An US based Staffing and Recruiting Company providing Human capital and work force management solutions to over 6000 customers globally including 90% of Fortune 500 firms.
- We are currently hiring for Vice President - HR Business Partner for a leading MNC into Financial Services.
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 12 to 18 years
Role description :
- Responsible for partnering with leaders / managers and advise and coach them on matters related to talent management / talent development, including competency requirements & succession planning, workforce planning, performance & compensation management.
- Coach and support the ongoing development of People Leaders around their leadership effectiveness.
- Lead Talent, employee engagement, team & organization effectiveness, and change management activities for their respective skill-teams
- Partner with Global HR teams, including COEs and subject matter experts to develop and deliver integrated people and organization solutions
- Design and Consultation with the business leaders in the areas of Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits and HR partnering experience is an absolute must.
- Coordinate and facilitate delivery of cyclical HR initiatives (such as recruiting, workforce planning, new hire training, performance review, talent review, succession planning, compensation planning and review) for the site / businesses.
- Drive employee communications / engagement within business segment.
- Ability to collaborate globally across boundaries, disciplines, and cultures, especially in an evolving matrix environment
