Vice President - HR Business Partner - BPO/ITeS (15-21 yrs)
This role would be a primary HR Business partner for a critical business division (1500-2000 HC)
- Trusted HR advisor: Partner with the business leaders and provide strategic and operational advice around people, policies and processes.
- Colleague champion: Stay connected, understand needs, aspirations and motivations of colleagues supported, and champion their cause to help them succeed.
- Employee Engagement & Connect: Lead and anchor all engagement initiatives, action planning, leadership connect and communication initiatives.
- Performance Enablement: Drive the performance management process, support business with performance coaching and deploy interventions to enable high-performance culture.
- OD / Change Initiatives: Lead & drive change in the supported businesses.
- Employee Life Cycle Management: While transactions are managed by the HR Shared Services team, drive the required processes for the business.
- HR metrics & Analysis: Support business cases for interventions and make sense of trends through data and analytics. Drive data based decisioning process.
- Process Coordination: Leading HR processes like Performance Management System and other HR Processes as per the process timeline & objectives.
