Vice President - HR Business Partner - BPO/ITeS (15-18 yrs)
- To lead and manage HR activities required to support the establishment and the ongoing people development agenda
- To lead the coordination and implementation of activities initiated by the People Workstream such as, talent identification and succession planning, learning and development initiatives and implementing a career architecture model.
- To source capabilities in key skill, areas to enable the establishment of centers of excellence delivering continuous improvement in processes and service.
- To provide HR guidance and support to Leadership Team related initiatives and major change
- To support the HR Lead in designing a world-class HR function by delivering the right People Strategy and partner to demonstrate the value of HR function to the business.
- Accountable of providing consultative support to the stakeholders, involved in strategic and analytical based decisioning, ability to right skill the function, attract and retain talent and ensure best practices are leveraged and implemented to drive process efficiency
