Full-time PG is required.

- Look out for Pedigree / Tier 1 candidates - XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, SIBM etc.

- High Potential - can look for Fast tracker - Strong domain/subject knowledge. Can be the all-rounder, climbed up the ladder from various HR functions, like rewards, L&D

- Work experience with multinational organizations - Banking, FS, FMCG, Telecom etc

- Drive Strategic initiatives at the global level.

- Work along with global counterparts on various projects in HR arena.

- May be responsible for 2000 - 3000 headcounts, for multiple BU's
