- People Analytics Head will be responsible for understanding requirements from the business managers / HRA's and ensuring to have them into meaningful reports/analytics. He / She should have earlier experience and knowledge of various HR Processes including workforce planning, recruitment, advancement, attrition, performance evaluation, talent management (9 Box), market data, compensation and its components.

- This position would also be accountable for ensuring and managing development and production of monthly and quarterly dashboards circulated to top management of the organization to facilitate effective business decision making

Role & Responsibilities :

Key Skills:

- Development of strong working relationships with HR specialists and analytics colleagues regionally and globally to build and enhance reporting functionality

- Manage and develop talent to ensure strong deliveries in analytics

- Develop actionable analytics using technology and statistical measures for the use of HR advisors and business managers

- Consolidate standard reporting by maximising use of technology

- Ensuring Support and Reporting on various HR processes conducted annually for e.g. 9 Box,Advancement, Performance Evaluation, Market Data mapping, Employee Survey, Year End compensation, 360 feedbacks etc.

- Play lead role in year-end compensation planning, including contributing to summary of global compensation analytics for business leaders, contributing to annual PE budget and forecasting processes

- Manage Adhoc or periodic project based deliveries, ensures timely reporting & support

- Engage in technology update/ deployment within HR
