With their consistent growth across the region, they are presently seeking VP H&S to join their leadership team based out of Delhi NCR.

Description :

Reporting to the Director Operations, you will be responsible for :

- Developing Health & Safety objectives for the organisation

- Monitoring the existing safety management system and ensuring effective implementation of the policies

- Identifying any gaps and coming up with solutions to eradicate the same

- Working very closely with international stakeholders and in line with global policies too

- Driving the Health & Safety function entirely and creating an environment where safety takes the front seat

- Training & leading a team of professionals for their future growth & development

Profile :

You will be an engineer/post graduate with around 15 years of experience in Health & Safety Function. Prior experience of having worked in manufacturing role will be an added advantage. You should have the experience of managing a large teams, and complex business operations on a daily basis. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication/interpersonal skills, with the ability of liaising with international stakeholders.
