Job Description :

- Responsible for review and approval of credit policies for various Retail Unsecured products.

- Review and monitoring of Application score cards / Risk models for the entire Unsecured retail asset products of the bank

- Keeping a close watch on portfolio and initiate necessary action as and when required.

- Tracking macroeconomic developments and assessing probable impact on portfolio and initiate actions as and when required

- Develop and early warning risk signals mechanism to have early triggers in plface

- Managing Regulatory, Statutory and internal audits

- Managing various Board policies, their renewal and governance

- Guidance to business teams to align business processes with overall bank strategies

An Ideal Candidate should possess:

- Managed risk (Under writing/ policy) for Unsecured retail asset products of a bank.

- Good Analytical Skills

- Good Communication skills
