A leading and listed Non Banking Financial Corporation (NBFC) is looking for a candidate for Head - Talent Acquisition to manage its rapidly expanding business.

The details are as follows :

Location : Mumbai

Designation : VP/Head - Talent Acquisition

Experience : 10+- 18 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Skills required :

- 10+ years of into Talent Acquisition with good experience in Volume Hiring / Sales Hiring

- Must have strong exposure in Sales hiring for Bank / NBFC

- Must be also comfortable doing Top Management Hiring

- Excellent Communication

- He/She should be an innovator and a thinker who can show new ideas to how to make Talent acquisition more effective

- Must of open to travel, The company is opening branches in several towns and frequent travel would be required for interview and induction process

Salary Range : 35-45 Lacs
