Job Location : Corporate HQ, Gurgaon

Education : Post Graduate HR from a Reputed Institute

CTC : Best in Industry

Reporting To : CVP & Head - HR CoE's

Department : HR COE Exp : Working exp in a reputed national or international company for 12-15 years

Travel : Yes (basis role requirements)

Nature of the Role : People Management, 5-6 onroll recruiters

Working Timings : 9 am onwards, 5 days working

Job Summary :

- Talent Acquisition function is primarily responsible for Enabling the organization to attract best talent and fulfill the manning requirements of the organization in the best possible time at the right cost.

- We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Head to design and implement recruiting strategies for our company. As a head of talent Acquisition, you will be responsible to work on strategizing organization capability to hire the best talent, enhance employment branding, deploy contemporary practices to select high potential candidates and create an environment which enables successful immersion of new hires with the organisation culture and standards of operations.

- Talent Acquisition Head responsibilities include monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters and identifying high-potential candidates.

- Talent Acquisition Head will be accountable to create and enhance organisations ability to hire high potential diverse talent across Sales & Non Sales functions and directly along with team of high performing recruiters cater to all the hiring requirements of the company uptill the board level mandates as a direct responsibility.

Job Specifications :

1. Must have worked in a matrix environment, with focus on having implemented/ used Automated processes for hiring.

2. Proven track record of conceptualising and implementing talent acquisition initiatives.

3. Team Player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can function effectively at all levels of an organization.

4. Ability to negotiate and actively facilitate change in culture, strategy, process etc.

5. Project management skills with a proven track record for delivery of practical business solutions
