Job Description :

- Individual will be responsible for the Talent Acquisition Function for the BPO Business Pan India for the Organisation.

- Manage a Team & Build Strategy for Hiring for the Organisation.

- The Individual should have experience in managing hiring for BPO professionals at various levels.

- Prefer candidate with min 18+ yrs of experience in HR & Recruitment. With 5 + Yrs of exp in Managing Hiring in BPO Industry as Head of Hiring ( Talent Acquisition) & Managed Strategy for Volume Hiring

Education Qualification : MBA / PGDBM, with 18+ yrs Exp . in HR & Recruitments for BPO Industry
