- The Head of Talent Acquisition is accountable for leading the resource fulfillment function (both entry level/mass & Leadership hiring), both externally and internally.

- He / She is responsible for design, development and delivery of talent acquisition across the SLK Global enterprise, providing leadership, multi-channel sourcing and hiring strategy development and execution, vendor negotiation and management, internal fulfillment (IJP / Referrals etc), build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with stakeholders. Success Metrics and core deliverables will include:

- Recruitment of optimum talent pool (simple to complex skillset) within timelines and with minimum cost at the industry competitive cost per hire (CPH) and maintain low infant attrition up to 3 months after hiring

- Fulfillment of open positions internally as well as externally to ensure TAT adherence

- Lead assigned Enterprise Level Initiatives (ELI- s) / Projects and deliver outcomes within TAT

- Pre-requisite for the role

- Essential Qualification and Work Experience:

- . Graduate

- 15+ years of experience in Frontline Hiring and managing RPO (12+ years in BPM environment most preferably in US BFSI / Mortgage domain) as well as TA functional leadership experience

- Technology, Products/Platform and CXO / Senior leadership hiring experience is necessary

- The candidate must have experience of managing teams at multiple locations for bulk hiring of minimum 500 positions a month

- Exposure to alternate source of hiring like: Neems, Naps etc.

- Global hiring experience

Technical / Soft Skills:

- Exposure to Working with Assessment & Hiring Tools, ATS

- Excellent Interpersonal and networking skills

- Domain, market/skill mapping understanding

- Good working knowledge of MS Office

- Business cases / planning / presentation skills

- Relevant Professional Certifications in Psychometric evaluationPreferred Soft Skills / Qualifications

- Master's degree in Human Resource / MBA

- Excellent Analytical skill

- Project management capability

- C. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned)

- Take completed ownership of the hiring engine, Front line and leadership hiring across SLK Global locations (India, Manila and US)

- Leads team to deliver on bulk hiring indents along with leadership indents with desired skill sets within TAT and Cost

- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

- Have industry connects to share salary benchmarking data

- Ensures effective on-boarding of selected candidates along with other stakeholders.

- Analyze and report MIS on various aspects of recruitment viz. TAT adherence, skill based and level based hiring through put, channel utilization, budget utilization.

- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of each recruiter along with counseling & continuous feedback on a monthly basis.

- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable compensation norms.

- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

- Reduce cost of hiring and enhance hiring channels

- Responsible for sourcing and evaluating vendors for various levels of hiring, within the scope of budget and defined quality as well as TAT standards.

- Introduce an effective RPO models will be added advantage.

- Support TA team & Interview panel (Managers) by ensuring Certifications to the team on Interviewing skills and competency based interviewing approach. (psychometric tools & BEI)

- Responsible for audit and compliance of the end to end Recruitment process.

- Other projects & responsibilities as assigned based on organizational need in operations management including critical Enterprise Level Initiatives (ELI- s) for the success of the organization
