Vice President/Head - Sales - IT Healthcare Product (10-18 yrs)
We are looking for a passionate Healthcare IT Sales Leader to drive company's growth strategy
Job Responsibilities :
- As a senior member of the management team, will be responsible for formulating and driving company's sales strategy
- Achieve company sales targets through high quality planning, execution, and monitoring
- Get the best out of sales teams, through strong management, motivation & effective leadership
- Provide clear direction to sales team including sales managers, sales trainers and sales advisors with emphasis on improving systems, scripts, and development of team members.
- Continuously improve the sales team's productivity by upgrading talent, processes, and systems
- Create & analyze sales department budgets to ensure projections are in line with operational goals and overall company growth strategy.
- Interface with marketing and lead gen teams to achieve sales targets and high ROI
- Create strategies and opportunities for up-selling / cross-selling; increased customer wallet share
- Be a company ambassador / evangelist and assist in rapidly growing market presence and brand
Experience and Skills :
- Eligibility: Graduate/PG with 10-15 years of relevant sales experience (MBA preferred).
- High-Level Healthcare sales and service leadership experience preferred
- Experience with high-value, concept, consultative, and solution selling
- Experiencing in building and managing high performance B2C sales teams
- Experience in IT Healthcare Product and Services
- Working knowledge of modern Sales and Marketing Automation platforms
