Vice President/Head - Product Management - Startup

Job Description :

- You will be responsible for devising Product Strategy

- You'll own the product roadmap by understanding the end customer's problems and identifying areas to generate value.

- Product Conceptualization with a problem first, data-driven and test & iterate approach - You'll Conceptualize and build new products & features which are accurate, scalable and impactful

- Ensures conceptualization from a platform and a long-term view.

- Ensures value-based prioritization of product initiatives.

- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to build products

- Produce high-quality product specifications and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products and features on time.

- Draft and execute a go-to-market plan in conjunction with Product Marketing.

- You'll evaluate market competition and position the product line to appeal to the user

- Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your given area of focus.

- Your ability to work in cross-functional environments including working closely with sales, marketing, business management, customer support and engineering teams.

Qualifications :

- BE / B.Tech from reputed institutes only with relevant experience (10 -12 years) of launching a product from scratch and scaling it.

- Experience in digital space - Proptech / Consumer Internet and Mobile, e-commerce, marketplace etc.

- Prior experience in Program / Project Management (Budget, Cost, Planning & Coordination, Issue and Risk Management, Delivery Tracking etc.) will be helpful

- Customer-centric with an instinct to relate to their needs & problems
