Vice President / Head - Product Management - SAAS Product


Responsibilities :


- Drive innovation within the team to bring engineering driven products that creates differentiators for us in the market

- Work with the leadership team to create a forward looking and ambitious product strategy and influence business strategy

- Own and deliver the product strategy as per plan

- Lead a set of cross functional teams by translating the product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes to drive the product development goals

- Work with the product owners to influence and define the product roadmap and communicate with C-level staff, board members, and other stakeholders

- Identify market opportunities with research and competitive analysis and integrate it into product requirements

- Develop and launch new products while enhancing the existing products on a timely basis

- Communicate the product solutions and offerings effectively internally and externally

- Build incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers' problems aligned with the company's vision

- Develop budgets, forecasts, and metrics

Requirements :

- 18+ years experience in building and delivering high-quality cloud-based software products

- Minimum 8 years of experience in building global enterprise SaaS products

- Proven ability to drive large scale products with a deep understanding of agile methodology, high collaboration and leadership in a highly accelerated work environment

- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills - exhibited throughout the career

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives

- Strong business and technical vision

- Successfully implemented data-driven processes to turn a vision into an actionable roadmap

- People leader with demonstrated success in leading and mentoring the research, design, and development team

- Strong project management skills and attention to detail

- Understands the user experience and design
