Vice President/Head - P&L - ERP Business - Software Engineering Group (20-25 yrs)
Role : Business Head /Vice President - ERP Business.
Location : Delhi NCR
- ERP is is one of the largest service lines of the Organisation . This group includes the traditional ERP development & maintenance business, application portfolio transformation initiatives as well as next-gen custom.
Looking for a senior leader to head the ERP Business Division P&L with the following requisite experience :
- Ability to manage and transform a INR100+ Cr India P&L
- Track record of delivering global ERP services
- Strong technology leader especially adept at transforming traditional IT units into a modern responsive service
- Ability to move traditional technology delivery on to Agile/DevOps methodologies
- Run large scale, rapid reskilling programs
- As Head of the ERP Group, it is expected to have demonstrable experience of partnering with the sales and business development units to build strong relationships and influence new business streams with the CXOs of strategic customer accounts, lead complex architecture transformation programs, manage partner engagements, evaluate new technologies to solve customer challenges.
- Exhibit strong technology bent of mind to lead team of ERP Technical & Functional Specialist.
- Should have prior experience of building the ERP Business.
Education & Qualification :
- BE / B.Tech / M.Tech with PG / MBA with min 20+yrs experience with a Large IT / Technology Setup.
