We have opportunity for Head operation/VP Operations with Leading BPO in Domestic Space.
Over see effective running of processes.
Includes the below:
1. Participates in developing and implementing a strategic operating plan that supports the organization's vision and goals.
2. Client Interfacing : Participates in Monthly and Weekly Reviews as well as managing escalations during Operations. Also includes farming of revenue opportunities via smart account management.
3. Process Management : Builds a Solutioning culture with a focus on smart process design and continuous performance improvement. Also includes Planning and Review of Processes.
4. People Management : Drive performance through Teams, Team Leads and Managers. On boarding, Training, Coaching and Developing People. Ensuring PMS. Mitigate Shrinkage and Attrition.
5. Technology Leverage : Optimal usage of Dialers, CRMs and other parts of the Technology Stack.
