Vice President/Head - International Marketing - IT (20-25 yrs)
VP & Global Head Marketing
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for driving the corporate marketing and communication, product marketing, customer marketing, accelerating the funnel of new business opportunities by developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns to promote, grow and expand new market , horizons and business portfolio. This role will involve reaching a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders from various functions, clients, media, industry influencers and analyst firms.
Accountabilities :
Go-to-market Strategy :
- Contribute and collaborate with business leaders to develop marketing strategy and drive strategic marketing campaigns that utilize the full spectrum of traditional and innovative marketing channels and tactics
- Create, design and execute the go-to-market strategy for the various regions in collaboration with leadership team to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.
- Understand the completive industry landscape and add value in driving Product and Technology strategy.
- Ensuring insights on the market, existing and potential clients is captured and taken into consideration while defining the go-to-market.
P&L Management :
- Analyze and review the performance of products globally, set up appropriate processes and policies in place, and apply the best industry practices to support the team's needs and requirements.
- Lead digital marketing, global campaigns, regional marketing, events teams and head the budget allocation across full funnel marketing programs worldwide.
People Management :
- Ensure alignment and healthy relationships with internal and external stakeholders and represent globally and communicate on behalf of senior leadership.
- Build and lead a high performing team, continually looking for ways to upskill talent and scale resources where appropriate across the globe.
- Develop and lead campaigns and programs, such as trainings, webinars and new content that generate leads and increase conversion through the sales funnel.
Product and Customer marketing :
- Leading the analyst relations team to achieve better mindshare and ratings for the company and to oversee the participation in industry analyst and advisor benchmark reports.
- Lead and work with the product marketing team to review market analysis, product needs and positioning to assist with the prioritization of the product roadmap.
- Represent Thought Leadership in the Digital Automation space at , industry events, and to the press and analysts.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and professional organizations globally to collect voice of customer data and share insights and learning's with leadership team
Relevant Experiences : 20 years' experience with 10+ years' experience in a management/leadership role, including creative/brand/social/content preferably in a B to B - IT Products Company
Qualification : Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Technology ; MBA from a Tier 1 school(Preferred)
