Vice President/Head - Human Resource - Manufacturing (15-25 yrs)
- Location HR Head role for a leading Indian Manufacturing organization
- Strong Industrial Relations in reputed Manufacturing companies
- Effective Stakeholder Management and Business Partnership
- Ability to Manage headcount of 10000 +
- Experience of handling 4 levels of HR reporting (team size of 60+)
- Full-time MSW or MBA from a reputed institute / University
- Knowledge of Kannada is a must to effectively play the role
- Good knowledge of HR Processes and systems

- Sound knowledge on performance management system, Manpower planning
