Vice President/Head - Human Resource - BPO (12-15 yrs)

We are seeking for a Vice President - Head HR for one of our very dear clients in domestic BPOs. They have listed company and a leading name based out of Navi Mumbai.

Dynamic HR leaders from Telecom, ITes, and Ecommerce will be preferred.

ROLE: HEAD HR

Purpose: Creating organization towards - Best Place to work In-

Role Reports to: The CEO

Role & Responsibilities :

- This role of Head HR will support the organization in the end to end HR activities ad creating creditability within & outside organization.

- Responsible for creating and executing the complete HR framework with the intent of developing highly engaged leaders and people till the ground level.

- Enabling them to create a high performance, customer-centric and values-driven organization.

- Capability & Capacity building.

- Creating a Great Place to Work with via adopting best practices in the field of L & D, Change management, employee engagement, CSR, Grievance redressal etc.

- To Launch surveys that take the pulse of the organization, including the annual employee opinion survey, and empower employees to act on the results;

- Conduct basic HR research through an internal HR think-tank focused on understanding (and improving!) manager effectiveness, employee health, and innovation-

KEY COMPETENCIES :

- Strategic Thinking & Strong Execution capabilities: understands both the long-term and short-term priorities of a business and can derive the HR implications for a given set of strategic priorities.

- Influencing and coaching internal & external stakeholders

- Extensive experience and success of Culture building & employee engagement

- Drive For Results: thinks independently and delivers high quality results with minimal guidance and direction

QUALIFICATION/ REQUIREMENT:

- MBA degree in HR from a reputed Indian Institute; Bachelor's degree (Honors) from a reputed college/ university

- A young seasoned professional of 12-15 years of work experience in reputed Indian and/or MNC organizations, that are known for good HR systems and practices
