Job Description : 18+ years of experience of leading sales function along with team in IT industry

- Experience of selling IT Services/Products to global SME Market preferably in US

Description :

In this role the incumbent will be responsible for :

- Leading the global sales with a team of 15-20 sales people in India, US and Middle East

- Coach and equip the team with the right set of tools to help them improve the deal closure ratio in the SME/Startup market in the US and other regions

- Recruit additional hunters in US and Israel

- Focussing on the mission of doubling the revenue in next 12 months

- Share weekly and monthly forecast with 90% accuracy with delivery and Resource Management team

- Share Sales Performance Dashboard on weekly and monthly basis

- Ensure 100% adherence to all systems and processes

Profile :

You will be a successful candidate with :

- Minimum 18 years of experience leading Sales function within an IT or related industry

- Strong experience of selling to SME/Startup market in US and other markerts

- Successful track record of driving results in short time

- CRM savvy, Target and deadline driven

- Influencing Individual with high level of energy

- Highly data driven and analytical

- Comfortable working with cross functional teams in collaboration

- Drives team results through continuous coaching, guiding and training
