Vice President/Head - Finance - CA - Manufacturing Unit

We are currently retained by leading Manufacturing Company to hire VP

- He/She will be in-charge of accounts function across Pan India.

- Timely compliance of various statutory requirements in both direct and indirect tax areas.

- Supervise and guide ERP-related activities and timely preparation of various MIS reports, Quarterly closure of accounts, for the smooth functioning of the widely held Listed Company as a whole.

- Responsible for management Of cash flows.

- To handle project accounting, handling both short-term as well as long-term requirements of funds, fundraising etc

Desired Skills:

Reports to the Executive Directors/MD

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 20 years of experience with manufacturing Mnc .

2. Excellent job knowledge and dynamic application on an on-going basis with focus on continuous up-gradation.

3. Good understanding of people-management, both intra and inter-department, is vital.

4. Excellent communication, both oral and written. He/She Will deal with the

a. auditors; bankers; fund managers; government authorities etc.
