Vice President/Head - Design - Real Estate (18-25 yrs)
QUALIFICATIONS: M Arch / B Arch / Graduate / Diploma in Architecture
EXPERIENCE:
- 18-25 + years of experience in execution of interiors works with reputed real estate developers / architects /
Consultants / firms, of which last 10 years should be in the capacity of Top Management Team / Head of Department.
- Should have proven experience of heading architectural projects for high end premium residential / commercial projects, retail stores, shopping malls, 5 star hotels etc.
- Should have experience in design and integration of architecture with services and interiors.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To review and approve drawings / submittals by the various design consultants.
- Will be responsible for execution and monitoring of architectural work as per the drawings for all the projects.
- To lead and manage multi-functional teams and industry specialists.
- Coordination with international and local architects and consultants for MEP services & design layouts.
KEY SKILLS:
- Knowledge of latest market trends in architectural design and technology essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop.
