Vice President/Head - Cash & Payments - Investment Bank

We are looking to fill the position of Vice President Head of Cash and Payments at a leading financial services company in Bangalore.

Experience: 15+ years

Location:- Bangalore

Qualification - Any Grads or Masters from Top Teir Institutes

Role Overview:

The role necessitates practical experience with international payments, remittances (inward/outward), deposits, and cash management. The focus is on a broader spectrum of payments beyond finance-related transactions like AP/Procurement through ERP/SAP or cloud management.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in the banking industry

- Strong expertise in working capital products, especially in cash management and operations

- Profound knowledge of SWIFT, CHIPS, CHAPS, SEPA, and various payment types/methodologies

- Proven experience in leading sizable teams with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Critical thinking ability with a keen eye for detail and effective cross-cultural communication

- Proficiency in driving change through stakeholder influence

- Trusted advisor with excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to work autonomously

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree

- Preferred external certification in AML/Payment Compliance
