Candidates based in Pune with relevant experience will be preferred.  Responsibilities will include:  - Responsible for all campus recruitment activities - onsite and virtual placements.  - Leverage functional expertise, industry knowledge and trends to identify optimum sourcing options to attract top talent across campuses  - Organize the recruiting strategy and execution, including marketing, events, resourcing, and targeted yields  - Effectively liaise with all stakeholders to drive events on campus  - Collaborate with divisional business managers, leadership, school team captains and other recruiters to develop hiring plans per school  - Being able to operate independently, develop and execute new ideas and strategies  To qualify for this position will require:  - At least 12 years- Campus Recruitment experience within a global organization with exposure to Financial Services/BPO/ITES world   - Experience of working with senior business managers / Stake holders  - Excellent communication skills and a track record of success in a similar role
