Vice President - Growth Strategy (IIT, IIM and FMCG & Startup exp.)

- The VP - Growth Strategy plays a critical role in helping us achieve this mission - Responsible for identifying, developing, and driving business level strategies that create opportunities for revenue and market share growth along with the Chief Business Officer.

- We are looking for highly competent professionals who understand what it takes to ensure quality education and are excited by the idea of spending time at our partner schools.

Responsibilities:

- Assist to develop strategic and business plans and road maps for growth

- Mapping competitive landscape.

- Maintain current knowledge of developments, trends, and a competitive environment.

- Identify, recommend, negotiate, structure and manage strategic projects of potential for achieving business targets.

- Research and strategic insights

- Work with business, evaluate and conduct complex financial and risk analyses of business opportunities.

- Support effective organization, management and completion of due diligence projects.

Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in growth strategy, Expansion Strategy.

- Significant experience in building growth strategy, implementation and Handling successful key projects with a volume, high quality operation excellence is required

- Excellent in skills like New sales strategy, Key account handling and building a long term relationship with the school.

- Ready to travel across the given Territory/ zone.

Qualifications:

- BE (IIT) + MBA from Tier 1 institute (IIM, FMS, MDI, XLRI).

- Contributions to the Education industry desirable
