Our client, a product engineering organization with a mission to ideate travel using technology is strengthening their core team as Head-Growth(Online Marketing and Products). The objective of the headcount is to design a product marketing strategy to drive consumer adoption closely monitoring patterns for an experiential service like Travel. The incumbent while has progressed from Tier 1 Education (Technology and Masters), should have had experience in leadership roles at a growth start-up in B2C space. Optimized a scale to manager traffic of 500K transactions per month with a proven record of growing the top of the funnel @ 20x. Success Measures - Design experiments and measuring the success of a product marketing framework. - Identify growth opportunities through leveraging content / review / social media channels / SEO / ASO - Drive growth with a strong control on Organic: Paid - Must have deep knowledge of ad-networks / always be looking out for the latest updates/development applicable for campaign execution. Responsibilities - Build digital marketing roadmap - Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency - Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare the budget - Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction - Oversee our social media accounts - Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics - Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment - Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies - Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals - Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out - Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments - Work with our Analytics team to define measurement metrics each campaign, articulate the success/learning of each campaign, develop ways to scale, and share learnings with key stakeholders - Engage with key stakeholders across functions, e.g. product, engineering, data analytics, to get a full understanding of the product and operation, and stimulate cross-functional collaboration
