Vice President - Growth & Marketing - FinTech (8-15 yrs)
Our client is building financial services that are simple, affordable, accessible and that are consumer-centric and technology-driven businesses in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) space.
Key job responsibilities
- Create and implement a digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, traffic, leads and conversions
- Responsible for setting the category-specific Performance Marketing and Acquisition Strategy, including planning, budgeting, reporting, and execution across multiple channels (owned & paid).
- Own strategy for paid media, web growth, SEO & lead the in-house team for managing Digital media & database led marketing
- Develop robust performance reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking for our mobile app and digital channels to continually optimize and improve our marketing investments.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative research to deepen understanding of customers' needs, identify whitespaces, develop targeted go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to articulate data & people led digital strategy and influence stakeholders from multiple roles/teams - both internal and external, analytical rigor, creative problem solving and proven track record of delivering results in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- Create the brand vision, communications strategy, and advertising budgets across customer touch points and marketing channels (mass media, social, digital, PR, and events) and drive customer consideration and trust for our products.
- Invent new and differentiated value propositions which drive user growth, experiment fearlessly, leverage data and anecdotes to measure success, and execute programs which maximize marketing ROI.
- Build a high performing marketing team, attract customer obsessed, analytical, and creative leaders, and foster an environment which encourages leaders to think big, take risks, and innovate rapidly on behalf of customers.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative research to deepen understanding of customers' needs, identify whitespaces, develop targeted go-to-market strategies.
- Leverage on marketing tools and processes to serve the most diverse set of customer needs.
