Vice President - Growth Marketing - eCommerce (7-15 yrs)
The role is available for a fast-growing D2C/ eCommerce Client :
Responsibilities
- Run the growth team and have overall ownership of revenue, user acquisition, and media efficiency.
- Lead the category teams and work with X - functions - ad design, ad production, supply chain, product, and data - to ensure optimal product assortment and communications on virtual storefronts and marketing channels.
- Lead the ads team to deliver profitable growth through planning, budgeting, and optimization.
- Drive innovation in ad formats and media platforms like InMobi, MX Taktak, Moj etc.
- Spearhead retention initiatives to drive customer lifetime value.
- Continuously coach and build capability in the growth marketing team.
Skills & Values :
- Comfort bringing together consumer understanding, data analysis, and good creative sense.
- Comfort with operating in a fast-moving environment.
- High bias for action.
- Ability to manage through influence and work laterally.
Experience :
- 8+ years of experience of direct growth ownership in an e-commerce, digital first environment.
- Prior experience managing a team and multiple parallel workstreams.
- DTC experience will be a plus.
