Vice President - Growth Marketing - ConsumerTech Startup

Our client is a fast-growing consumer tech startup looking for a VP - Growth Marketing who will responsible for the Growth Marketing & Performance Marketing across various geographies.

Responsibilities :

1. Leading a high-performing team to create and implement growth strategies including performance marketing, acquisition and retention, product marketing to drive user growth and revenue.

2. Be responsible for acquisition and retention using various digital channels, across the funnel.

3. Using data and analytics for decision making and measuring marketing effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth.

4. Ensuring consistent messaging and marketing strategies to get target audience to our platform.

5. Manage the marketing budget to drive sustainable bottom-line growth.

What to Bring :

1. Experience in growth and performance marketing in consumer tech startups/e-commerce.

2. 10-15 years of experience in Growth and Performance Marketing and in leadership roles.

3. Experience in analytics and various platforms like- FB, Google, AD networks, Affiliates.

4. Strong education pedigree is a plus

5. Experience in running campaigns in various geographies is a plus.
