- As VP Growth you will be responsible for the performance of the website and end-to-end customer experience and for driving growth within traffic, conversion, and revenue for the business
- You must be able to work at both a strategic level, generating bold and imaginative strategies for revenue growth, and at a tactical level working with your team to continually optimize campaigns based on data analysis, customer feedback and direct response metrics
- You will oversee all aspects of product and performance marketing across the online platform, including awareness, consideration, acquisition and retention
- Monitor site and channel performances and drive continuous ways to further improve and optimise
- Leverage your extensive experience of developing data-driven media strategies and tactics to drive positive ROI across the ecommerce platform
- Build and own best-in-class, performance-optimized acquisition strategy and own the day-to-day execution and optimisation of campaigns on all key platforms
- Work effectively with third party partners and agencies
- 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing with a demonstrable proven track record in digital marketing management across all channels
- You will be an experienced, successful and highly professional e-commerce growth marketing expert, with an in-depth knowledge of digital marketing, and a passion for driving business growth through data analysis, experimentation and creative thinking.
