Vice President - Growth & Marketing

Your role:

- You will plan and execute the full marketing stack, growth and own the revenue of the company, whilst building/lead an A+ growth & marketing team. As the VP Growth Marketing you'll define brand positioning, acquire users on all demand generation and revenue, growth, balancing a hands-on and strategic approach.

- You will be responsible for driving our growth efforts, including setting strategy, executing, and measuring results.

- You'll collaborate with our executives to lead customer acquisition, adoption, retention, and re-activation across both paid and organic channels.

- The Vice President of Growth & Marketing is laser focused on growth strategy and revenue opportunities for the company, while providing competitive thought leadership and strategy.

- You will partner with the CEO, with regular interaction and guidance both from the investors and other senior executives.

- You will have a significant impact on the company's performance, strategy, and value creation. This is an ideal position for an ambitious person with a vast marketing background with experience in driving revenue, growth, building brand, developing strategies, supported by sound financial and business analysis.

In this role you will:

1. Own the P/L of the marketing budget and the company's revenue, with required ownership with other functional leaders of product, business operations and support functions on finance, recruiting etc.

2. Own strategy and execution for the growth marketing function from end-to-end, including setting goals, managing a budget and prioritizing initiatives

3. Run experiments and provide data-driven, analytically rigorous insights to test different channels and iterate on our marketing strategy

4. Execute across multiple marketing channels, including email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, performance channels, organic, content, and others

5. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve conversion across the funnel

6. Leverage customer insights to develop integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns and brand storytelling to drive customer acquisition and retention.

7. Grow the company's top-line metrics, including revenue, customers, AOV, and customer LTV/CAC;

8. Rigorously measure KPIs and progress against articulated growth objectives, and develop reporting for execs and companywide consumption

9. Optimize CAC via efficient paid and unpaid acquisition channels

10. Restructuring the mix of Paid ads and affiliates with marketing team

11. Guide BH team in structuring affiliate programs on CPS or CPR and in structuring corporate deals

12. Lead the partnerships initiatives for Betterhalf . Work with different stakeholders across the organization to shape the product

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field with 9+ years of marketing experience with at least 8 years of experience as a manager.

2. Minimum 5 years B2C technology experience in a growth marketing or growth-focused product management function

3. Previous experience in P/L ownership of marketing budget and company's revenue.

4. You have strong experience in Growth Hacking, Social Media/ Viral Marketing, managing demand generation & the customer acquisition funnel and performance marketing

5. Entrepreneurial, takes ownership, anticipates trends and embraces innovation.
