- Responsible for the entire financial Management and Budgetary control of the Group and institutions.

- Facilitating audit process with the finance team

- End to end financial planning for new ventures with projections and analysis

- Identifying revenue opportunity and creating new business ideas to optimise revenue. Forming the business strategies and end to end project plan.

- Business projection and target setting for the institutions considering the viability and optimization of resources.

- Manpower planning for each entity after connecting to heads of the institutions.

- Inducting new recruits in the key positions with the expectations, policies, procedures and helping them to align with the culture. Handholding the new leaders till they are ready.

- Appraisals across institutions along with the heads and with higher management for senior officials.

- Fulfilling statutory needs based on governmental procedure for government aided entities

- Participating in visibility planning and sharing ideas

- Coordinating with the team on plan and validating the financials involved

- Overseeing the need and availability of resources across institutions with the team

- Planning of cross functional possibilities pertaining to resources for minimizing costs

- Oversee and ensure smooth operations of the various Colleges, Aided Institutions, Schools and ensure no/minimal escalation of issues.

- Ensure smooth payroll operations

- Handling audit pertaining to affiliation, statutory requirement

- Connecting to all academic consultants / advisors at regular intervals to understand their report on the progress of the institutions.

- Identifying the need of manpower in the entity and creating their specific roles & responsibilities

- Identifying the relevant resources and coordinating with higher management on recruitment

- The candidate would be the strategic head - managing multiple schools. Colleges in Tamilnadu

Ideal Candidate -

- Male/Female candidate with B.Ed. / M.Ed. qualification or equivalent qualification/ Ph.D. with minimum 20+ years of experience in managing multiple educational institutions - like Govt Aided Schools, Private schools, Engineering College etc.

- The ideal candidate would be one where multiple principals would be reporting to the candidate.

- The ideal candidate should have experience handling strategic management of multiple educational institutions

- Should be able to drive performance driven approach across the group institutions

- The candidate should be fluent in Tamil

- Age should not be more than 53 years.

- The candidate should have good understanding of content and curriculum, affiliation rules to CBSE, State Board, schools run under charity trusts.

- The candidate should be able to give guidance to Principals and strategically lead the Group Educational Institutions.

- Candidates with good communication skills, with strategic orientation

- The candidate should be willing to work out of Chennai
