Vice President - Governance/Distribution Planning & Program Management (Only Insurance Candidates required)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage the primary compensation policy for intermediaries across Channels and driving cross functional initiatives to streamline Credit Protect and Group processes.

- Execute and ensure adherence to Partner commercial agreements as per compliance and regulatory policy.

- Manage various Audits (Internal, Regulatory, Statutory, Concurrent, etc); draw processes / policies and or its framework compliant to Regulations and or company policies for partner commercials.

- Lead Governance Council meeting and highlight the key developments.

- Spearhead Project which is targeted to Insurtech initiative in the for the development of advanced Incentive & Commission Management Systems (ICM).

- Periodically connect with distribution teams to understand bottlenecks, ground issues and realities, etc. Capture inputs / issues raised by distribution and self troubleshoot or resolve in collaboration with concerned stakeholders. 8. Present updates to Senior Management / CXOs periodically on key projects.

- Head a vertical under DPPM with a team of 20+ and 4 direct reporting leads.
