VP- Global Trade Receivable Finance Operations


Trade Finance Product operations lead role.

The candidate will be involved in End to end-service delivery, Risk Management, Digitalization, and operation governance.

People management role

Team size- 100+

Global Operation knowledge + GTRF product is Must (LC, Collection etc.)

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications (For the role):

Role Purpose (overall high level summary of the role):

- Trade is a core product for the Group across various customer segments, including GBM, CMB, and Private Banking.


- The jobholder is responsible for managing the GTRF centralized Operations within Global Service Delivery Business Services locations.


- This will include supporting and driving Group change programmes, implementing business strategies aimed at delivering a "superior" customer service, increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring risk is adequately controlled.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:

- 10+ years' experience in Global Trade and Receivables Finance operations

- Proven track record in delivery including strong operational control capabilities;

- Strong leadership capabilities to drive resources to achieve business goals.

- Strong communication and influencing skills;

- Highly effective in working with all levels of management and staff and in a matrix environment;

- Operates well across cultures and in multi-cultural diverse work environments.

- Ability to maintain control, direction and motivation in an ever-changing environment.

- Proven process engineering and production management skills.

- Ability to understand and implement Group risk management policies
